When I started this program I was wondering how long it would take for me to get my 1st picture on the wall with all the other success stories. A few years ago, I developed some heal problems, and after that some hip problems, which kept me from exercising to the extent I needed to, to keep my weight somewhat under control. Because of these problems, my weight increased. I had subsequent medical care that actually allowed me to start an exercise program again, so I did. At the same time, I knew I had to reduce my weight. I have been on various low fat diets over the years, and understand that you have to increase the exercise, and reduce your calories or fat, to lose weight. I was at Premier fitness in December of 06, and saw the Thin & Health sign, so I thought I would investigate. After a visit with Sally, I decided to participate in her program. She seemed to know what she was doing, and the program seemed sensible, from the standpoint of eating food I could buy in a store, and monitoring an exercise program. I pretty much knew what I had to do, but I wanted someone to monitor my results to make sure I did what needed to be done. With Sally's help and inspiration, I was able to accomplish more then what I set out to. I would highly recommend this program to anyone that wants to improve their health and life style. "I decided with 5 years to go before retiring that it was about time to start taking better care of myself, and made the decision to once again get active and lose weight. This is the first weight loss program that I've been on where I didn't have to count calories and not have to purchase special food products It's all laid out for me: what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat it. The foods required are just your everyday common foods. I'm rarely hungry. My friends can't believe how much food I can eat and still lose weight. It's amazing! I never thought that I could be happy with my weight. I used to be so skinny and active. At age 21 I started gaining weight rapidly. Lack of activity in addition to eating out and drinking alcohol contributed to my growing figure. Even though I considered myself a "vegetarian", I should have really called myself a "dairy-tarian" because I ate a lot of full flavor yogurt, cream cheese, cheese, etc. Thanks to Sally and Thin and Healthy, I am happy with my weight, know exactly what I should eat, have a new found appreciation for vegetables, and think that beer and pizza are way OVERRATED! Going into Thin & Healthy I knew what I needed to do to lose weight, I think we all do, I just wasn't doing it. I needed somebody to hold me accountable for what I ate or how much or little I worked out. Sally does an excellent job holding you accountable for that and helping you pick the correct foods to eat. Although at times you may not like what she has to say to you, but you know she is right. I knew the Thin & Healthy plan worked from people I work with being on it and having success but what amazed me the most was how simple it really was with the foods you are allowed to eat and that is coming from a very picky eater. The weight starting coming off in the first week and has continued to come off and now I'm finding myself wanting to eat healthier, having higher energy levels and enjoying going to the gym to workout. I first went to see Sally because I new I needed to do something about my weight. I was tired all the time, my body ached and I felt awful about myself. Now that I have started loosing the weight I can already tell how much better I feel. I have more energy. My knees and back no longer hurt. Sally has been great. She knows just when to give the little extra encouragement. I can’t wait to get to my goal to see what the new me looks like.

WOW, I did it! When I started in July right after vacation I never thought I could do it. I have thanked the girls that I work with and friends who have also done this program and all have been successful. They are my inspiration. Thanks to Sally for her support. I have made a commitment and continue to improve my overall well being. This program has helped me in so many ways and I look forward to meeting my goal. Well I finally made my goal what a struggle to make it through the end of the year. I think I gained and lost the same 5 pounds. I used to read the Testimonials on the Premier Fitness website and think "I wonder if I could do that?" And here I am now writing my own! When I first started I couldn't picture myself losing 20 lbs, let alone hitting my goal. Less then two months later I have lost the first 20 lbs getting closer to my goal. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, everything is laid out for me and Sally is there to guide me in the right direction and cheer me on. I think to myself, if I feel this good after losing 20 lbs, I can only imagine how good it will feel to be at goal. After only a few weeks I felt my body change and my attitude change. I have more energy and actually look forward to working out. I have a ways to go yet, but I know now I have it in myself to do it! I went back and forth for months on whether or not to join. I have two small children and didn't think I would have time or could put the money towards something else. I have found that this was well worth the money. I find time to go to the gym and my family reaps the rewards. I have more energy, am healthier and in a better mood, cause I feel better about myself. It was well worth the money, looking better and feeling better about me, I have found, is priceless. My one regret is that I didn't do this sooner. When I originally came in, I just wanted to check out the program and see what it was all about. I never thought that it would really work, but I had tried all of the other “yo-yo” diets and never saw any results. I was always the skinny kid and never believed people when they told me to watch out for the big 30 when your metabolism starts to change. I just couldn't see it happening to me. Well it did. It was faster than I could have imagined and I didn't even know it was happening (or I may have been in denial) until I was way bigger than I had ever been before. Trying on clothes was a nightmare. I was so discouraged that I told my mother I would rather go naked to my own wedding than try on anymore dresses that I look horrible wearing. The only problem with that thought was that then everyone would see how ugly I really was instead of hiding it in something with sleeves and somewhat slenderizes. During my first pregnancy, I was at an all time high on the scale. The first 20 lbs was easy, I lost that in one day. I took me another 6 months to drop the next 10 lbs. I was stuck at 8 lbs to go when I decided that if I could quit smoking, drinking, and stick to a restricted diet during pregnancy, that I could surely commit to a weight loss program. I learned of Thin and Healthy at a company wellness fair. The metabolism retraining with grocery store foods is what interested me the most, since the metabolism slowing was what I had been warned about so often when I was younger. With the help and encouragement of Sally, my coach, I am proud to announce that I have permanently lost weight, body fat, inches and am at my original goal. I feel like I am eating more than I ever had before and have incorporated daily exercise. I look better and feel fabulous and have even set a new goal. I celebrate every day that I am successful.

I have tried several diets over the years and Thin & Healthy’s Total Solution weight loss program far exceeds anything I have tried or seen in the market. It is a healthy way to lose weight and the pounds come off fast (average of 2.1 lbs per week). The bonus to Thin & Healthy’s program is that you are getting your body in shape too from the cardio and strength training. I have tons of energy since I started the program and get so much more done. In the next few years our children plan to have kids. I will be able to get done on the floor (and back up again), run, jump, and play with the grandkids without being out of breath or standing on the sidelines due to lack of energy or mobility issues thanks to Sally and the staff at Premier Fitness. The number one excuse for not joining is probably money. The money I saved by not going out to eat at lunch time pays for my Thin and Healthy/Premier Fitness membership fee. I spend more on groceries now but they last a lot longer (smaller portions) so is a wash as far as cost. All I can say is don’t use money for any excuse; you can’t afford to not take care of you body. My mom had a desk job so did not get much exercise. She regrets not losing weight and getting into shape now that she is dealing with Parkinson’s and is also diabetic. My mother-in-law probably walked at least 5-6 miles per day at work. In her 70’s she has more energy than most 50 year olds. Set your goal, keep you mind set on that goal, and you too will be Thin & Healthy!

Consider this: Go and pick up a 25 lb and a 5 lb weight plate and hold it in one hand. Then measure out 3.5 feet. That’s how much I lost is 7 weeks!
